Carla is a Toronto-based fitness and health coach specializing in post-rehab conditioning, joint health restoration and maintenance, strength building and athleticism. Personal Training at a downtown boutique fitness facility with full Sports-Medicine Clinic since 2006, she has experienced the rewards of helping a multitude of people regain the joys of movement, activity, feeling healthier and achieving their goals.
